水解羽毛粉最佳酶解条件的研究 被引量:1

摘要 试验以水解羽毛粉为原料,选用角质蛋白酶,进行单因素变量试验,以加酶量、水解时间、pH以及水解温度作为4个变量因素,对羽毛粉蛋白最佳酶解条件进行研究。在分光光度计波长为595 nm条件下测得吸光度值作为对比,从而确定最佳的酶解条件。试验结果表明,水解羽毛粉最佳酶解条件为加酶量0.015 g、水解时间6 h、水解温度65℃、pH 6.86。 In this experiment,the single factor variable test was carried out with hydrolyzed feather powder as raw material,and the optimum hydrolysis conditions of feather protein were studied by using enzyme dosage,hydroly sis time,pH and hydrolysis temperature as four variable factors.Under the condition that the wavelength of spectropho tometer was 595 nm,the absorbance value was measured as comparison,and the best hydrolysis condition was determined.The results showed that the optimum conditions of hydrolysis of feather powder were as follows:the amount of enzyme was 0.015 g,the hydrolysis time was 6 h,the hydrolysis temperature was 65℃,and the pH 6.86.
