法国科技社团运营模式的经验与启示

Experience and Enlightenment of the Operation Mode of French Science and Technology Associations

法国科技社团是推动法国科学技术发展的重要力量,其较为成熟的运作模式和治理结构保证了社团的持续发展和科学使命的实现。该文调研了法国科学促进会、法国核能学会等在各自学科内最具影响力的14个科技类社团,通过梳理法国科技社团的使命和特征,分析其治理结构、人力资源、财务情况等内部运作模式,以及会员关系、行业网络、学术网络等外部社会网络,总结了法国科技社团的运营模式和经验,为我国科技社团发展提供参考。

Science and technology associations are important forces which have driven the development of science and technology in France.They have developed mature operating models and good governance structures to ensure long\|term development and to fulfill their scientific missions.This article investigates 14 of the most influential scientific and technological organizations in respective fields,through a comprehensive review on their scientific missions and characteristics,the internal operation mode including governance structure,human resources and financial situation are analyzed,as well as their external network including membership relations,industrial network and academic network.Therefore,the operation mode and successful experiences of French science and technology associations are summarized,which provide lessons for the counterparts in China.
