羽毛球与乒乓球练习对6-9岁学龄儿童动态平衡能力的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探索羽毛球练习与乒乓球练习对6-9岁学龄儿童动态平衡能力的影响。方法:选取60名6-9岁学龄儿童为研究对象,羽毛球组20人,乒乓球组20人,分别对其进行12周的羽毛球练习和乒乓球练习;剩余20人作为对照组,不对其进行除学校体育课以外的其他体育锻炼。结果:羽毛球组和乒乓球组Grade、Max Rot.Speed、Rot.Speed三个指标的值均显著小于对照组的值,P<0.05;羽毛球组Score大于乒乓球组的值,P<0.05,具有显著性差异。结论:羽毛球与乒乓球练习都能有效提高6-9岁学龄儿童的动态平衡能力,且羽毛球练习比乒乓球练习对改善动态平衡能力的效果好。 Objective:This paper aims at exploring the impact of badminton and table tennis on the dynamic balancing competence of 6-9 years old school kids.Methods:60 school-age children aged 6-9 were selected as research objects,20 in badminton group and 20 in table tennis group.The remaining 20 kids acted as the control group and were not given any physical exercise other than school physical education.Results:the values of Grade,Max rot.Speed and rot.Speed in the badminton group and the table tennis group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Score of badminton group was higher than that of table tennis group,P<0.05,showing a significant difference.Conclusion:both badminton and table tennis practice can effectively improve the dynamic balance ability of 6-9 years old school children,and badminton practice is better than table tennis practice in improving the dynamic balance competence.
