Objective To investigate the intervention effect of applying visual management for the problems in ICU central venous catheterization. Methods To select 92 cases of patients with ICU central venous catheterization who were treated in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 as the study objects. They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method. The control group was managed by conventional methods, and the observation group used visual management methods to observe the incidence of complications and CRBSI during the treatment period in both groups, and recorded the quality of life(QLQ-C30)score and quality of care score for both groups before and after 3 months of care. Results The incidence of complications and infections in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the QLQ-C30 score and quality of care score in the observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of visual management method for ICU central venous catheterization could significantly reduce the incidence of catheter-related infections and central venous infections, reduce the incidence of various complications and thrombosis, and had a significant effect on improving the quality of life and quality of care. This management measure had important clinical application value.
