不同鼻腔灌洗方式对功能性鼻窦内窥镜术后患者预后的影响

Effect of applying different nasal lavage methods for the prognosis of patients after functional endoscopic sinus surgery

目的探究不同鼻腔灌洗方式对功能性鼻窦内窥镜术后患者预后的影响。方法选取2017年6月至2019年1月我院耳鼻喉科收治的79例拟行功能性鼻窦内窥镜手术患者为研究对象,随机将其分为观察组40例和对照组39例,两组术后均长期口服小剂量罗红霉素基础治疗,对照组术后6个月采用生理盐水冲洗,观察组采用3%高渗盐水冲洗,比较两组的视觉疼痛模拟(VAS)评分、鼻黏膜纤毛输送率及术后6个月鼻腔黏膜不良反应发生率。结果干预6个月后,观察组VAS评分、鼻黏膜纤毛输送率优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组鼻腔黏膜不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论功能性鼻窦内窥镜术后在长期小剂量罗红霉素治疗基础上联合实施3%高渗盐水冲洗,可有效促进鼻腔黏膜和功能恢复,缓解恢复过程中疼痛程度,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To explore the effect of different nasal lavage methods for the prognosis of patients after functional endoscopic sinus surgery.Methods To select 79 cases of patients undergoing functional endoscopic sinus surgery in our hospital from June 2017 to January 2019 as the study objects.They were randomly divided into an observation group for 40 cases and a control group for 39 cases.All patients of the two groups were treated with low-dose roxithromycin for a long period of time.The control group was flushed with normal saline at 6 months after the surgery,the observation group was flushed with 3%hypertonic saline.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score,transport rate of nasal mucosal cilia and adverse reactions rate of nasal mucosal at 6 months after the surgery,which were compared between the two groups.Results At 6 months after intervention,the VAS score and transport rate of nasal mucosal cilia in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reaction of nasal mucosal in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of functional ednoscopic sinus surgery combined with 3%hypertonic saline irrigation on the basis of long-term low-dose roxithromycin treatment,which could effectively promote the recovery of nasal mucosa and function,and relieve the pain during recovery procedure.Therefore,it has clinical promotion value.
