摘要
目的探讨基于改良早期预警评分的分级护理干预在学龄期支原体肺炎患儿中的应用效果。方法选择我院2018年1月至2019年6月收治的学龄期支原体肺炎患儿100例,将其随机等分为对照组与观察组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施基于改良早期预警评分的分级护理干预,比较两组患儿临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果观察组心率恢复正常、发热消退及咳嗽消失时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组腹泻、肌痛、皮疹及呛咳发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于改良早期预警评分的分级护理干预在学龄期支原体肺炎患儿中的应用,能有效改善其临床疗效,可减少不良反应发生率。
Objective To investigate the application effect of graded nursing intervention based on modified early warning score(MEWS)in school-age children with mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods To select 100 cases of school-age children with mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given graded nursing intervention based on MEWS to compare the clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Results The heart rate of the observation group returned to normal,the fever subsided and the time of cough disappeared were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of diarrhea,myalgia,rash and cough in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of graded nursing intervention based on MEWS in school-age children with mycoplasma pneumonia could effectively improve its clinical efficacy and reduce the incidence rate of adverse reactions.
