远程视频探视对缓解新生儿重症监护室患儿家长焦虑的效果

The effect of applying remote video visiting for alleviating the anxiety of parents of children patients with neonatal intensive care unit

目的探究远程视频探视对缓解新生儿重症监护室(NICU)患儿家长焦虑的效果。方法选取我院2018年3月至2019年5月收治的NICU患儿320例为研究对象。随机将其等分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规限制性视频探视,观察组在对照组基础上采用远程视频探视。比较两组干预前后患儿家长的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分和患儿家长对治疗的依从情况。结果干预后观察组焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组,患儿家长配合情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论远程视频探视可有效缓解患儿家长焦虑状况,提高治疗配合度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of remote video visiting for alleviating the anxiety of parents of children patients with neonatal intensive care unit(NICU).Methods To select 320 cases of children patients with NICU admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to May 2019 as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group used conventional restricted video visiting,and the observation group used remote video visiting based on the control group.The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores of the parents of the children patients and the treatment compliance of the parents of the children patients before and after intervention,which were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the treatment compliance of the parents of the children patients in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of remote video visiting could effectively alleviate the anxiety of parents of children patients and improve the degree of treatment coordination.It was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
