麻醉前护理干预对前列腺等离子双极剜除电切术患者麻醉效果的影响被引量：1

摘要目的探讨麻醉前护理干预对前列腺等离子双极剜除电切术(PKRP)患者麻醉及手术的效果。方法选择我院2017年3月至2018年5月PKRP患者200例,按单双号等分为对照组与研究组,对照组采取常规的围术期护理,研究组在对照组的基础上增加麻醉前护理评估及干预措施,比较两组术前麻醉准备时间、麻醉时间、麻醉苏醒躁动情况及护理满意度。结果研究组麻醉准备时间与麻醉时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者麻醉苏醒躁动率为10.00%,低于对照组的25.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者护理满意率99.00%,高于对照组的89.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对PKRP患者麻醉前进行再次评估并给予相应的护理干预,能够有效消除患者麻醉前的异常,提高麻醉效果,减少躁动发生,提高了患者的护理满意度。
