摘要
目的探讨改良住院患者预防脱管护理单的应用效果。方法选择2017年1—12月全院置管患者15721例为对照组,选择2018年1—12月全院置管患者19713例为观察组,对照组采用旧版脱管护理单,观察组采用改良住院患者预防脱管护理单。比较两组患者非计划拔管发生情况,并通过问卷调查了解护士应用改良住院患者预防脱管护理单前后的满意度。结果观察组非计划拔管率低于对照组(P<0.05)。应用后护士在风险评估内容的全面程度、评估与护理措施连续性、格式书写的方便程度、评估时机适用准确程度、对临床护士的帮助作用评分均高于应用前(P<0.05)。结论改良住院患者预防脱管护理单可有效降低患者非计划拔管发生率,提高护士工作效率。
Objective To explore the application effect of improved nursing sheets to prevent detach in hospitalized patients.Methods To select 15,721 cases of patients with hospital-wide indwelling catheter who were placed in the hospital from January to December 2017 as a control group,and 19,713 patients with hospital-wide indwelling catheter who were placed in the hospital from January to December 2018 as an observation group.The control group used the old version of the detached nursing sheets,and the observation group used the improved nursing sheets to prevent to detach for hospitalized patients.The rate of unplanned extubation was compared between patients of the two groups,and the satisfaction of nurses before and after the application of improved nursing sheets to prevent to detach through questionnaire surveys.Results The rate of unplanned extubation in the observation group was lower than that in the contral group(P<0.05).The degree of comprehensiveness of the risk assessment content,the continuity of assessment and nursing measures,the convenience of written formatting,the accuracy degree of the timing of the assessment,and the score of help to clinical nurses after application were higher than those before application(P<0.05).Conclusion application of improved nursing sheets to prevent detach in hospitalized patients could effectively reduce the incidence rate of unplanned extubation and improve the work efficiency of nurses.
