精准扶贫角度下的贫困大学生就业创业反馈机制研究

习近平总书记提出的“精准扶贫”战略思想,不仅是对物质层面精准扶贫的指导,对于思想、教育等精神层面上的精准扶贫也具有非常重要的现实意义。伴随着中国现代社会的发展,中国高等教育逐渐深入人心,但同时,全国大学生的就业形势变得越来越严峻,而当代一些贫困地区的大学生,更是其中的弱势群体,其就业前景更是不容乐观。创新创业能力的培养是提高大学生核心能力的必经之路,同时也是提高大学生就业率的一条有效途径。文章通过对地方贫困大学生创新创业现状进行分析,研究高等教育创新创业的发展思路,从根本上提升贫困大学生的核心竞争力,为贫困大学生的成长保驾护航。

The strategic thought of"precision poverty alleviation"put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping is not only the guidance of precision poverty alleviation at the material level,but also has a very important practical significance for precision poverty alleviation at the spiritual level,such as thought and education.With the development of Chinese modern society,Chinese higher education is gradually deeply rooted in the hearts of the people,but at the same time,the employment situation of college students in the whole country has become more and more and more severe,and the college students in some poor areas of the contemporary era,which are among the disadvantaged groups,their employment prospects are not optimistic.The cultivation of innovative entrepreneurial ability is the only way to improve the core ability of college students,and it is also the way to increase the employment rate of college students an effective way.This paper analyzes the present situation of local poor college students'innovation and entrepreneurship,studies the development ideas of higher education innovation and entrepreneurship,fundamentally promotes the core competitiveness of poor college students,and protects the growth of poor college students.
