文章从益阳市中心城区沿河两岸建设现实和发展愿景出发,通过对其现状存在的问题与短板进行分析,从城市空间结构、城市职能定位、建设保障措施三个方面入手,提出针对性的规划策略与手段,着力推动资江北岸建设发展,优化形成“一城两岸,双翼齐飞”的城市空间格局,为益阳中心城区良性发展助力。
