摘要
从水稻根际土壤中分离得到自生固氮菌13株、硅酸盐细菌15株、溶磷菌8株,经筛选N11、K01、P07分别具有较强的固氮、分解难溶态钾和降解难溶态磷的能力。经水稻平皿栽培试验证明各菌株对水稻苗期生长均有促进作用,经初步鉴定N11、K01、P07分别属于固氮菌属、芽孢菌属和假单孢菌属。
13 nitrogen fixing bacteria strains,15 Silicate Bacteria strains and 8 Phosphorus Solubilizing Bacteria strains were isolated from rhizosphere of rice.Comparing their function from each other,the strain N11、K01 and P07 bear the highest capability in nitrogen fixation,dissolving potassium and phosphate solubilization.The rice cultivation experiments showed that they promoted the growth of rice at Seedling Stage.Each was identified as Azotobacter,Bacillus and Pseudomonas.
