摘要
结合高职院校实际和高职学生特点,提出高职院校应构建学生发展核心素养培育多部门、多平台、多角度联动的管理机制,结合学生的专业发展需求,以职业技能为抓手,培养学生的发展核心素养,构建适合高职学生特点的核心素养培育内容体系、课程体系和考核方式,不断深化高职院校课程的三教改革,切实提升高职院校人才培养质量,落实立德树人根本任务。
Based on the reality of higher vocational colleges and the characteristics of higher vocational students,this article puts forward views on building a management mechanism combining multiple departments,multiple platforms,and multiple perspectives in students'core quality-oriented cultivation,constructing a training content system fit for the characteristics of higher vocational students,and deepening the reform of“teachers-teaching materials-teaching methods”,which is good for improving the quality of higher vocational education,as well as the implementation of fostering virtues through education as a fundamental task.
