摘要
构建产教融合学习共同体是工学结合的升华,拥有全新的逻辑、内涵和特征。构建新型职业农民产教融合学习共同体培训模式,对推动新型职业农民培训健康发展具有重要的现实意义。政府职能部门要转变管理职能、完善新型职业农民培训模式、强化农民的规范管理机制、建立有效的共同体对话机制以及强化产教两端的资源建设是理性构建新型职业农民培训学习共同体的可行策略。
It is the sublimation of the combination of industry and learning to build the University-Industry Collaborative Learning Community,which has a new logic,connotation and characteristics.It is of great practical significance to construct a new vocational farmer learning community training mode for promoting the healthy development of the new vocational farmer training.The government departments should change the management function,perfect the new vocational farmers training mode,strengthen the standardized management mechanism of farmers,establish an effective community dialogue mechanism and strengthen the re source construction at both ends of production and education.
