This paper mainly describes how to integrate the advantages of DVB network and IP broadband MAN to provide users with a highly reliable,highly stable,high QoS multi-terminal video service platform and CDN network.Users can get high-quality radio and television program content services through STBs,PCs,mobile phones and smart terminals,which greatly improves the core competitiveness of radio and television network.
