共建共享在网联车示范区5G建设中的应用价值探讨

中国通信行业知名作家尚晓蒲研究分析认为:共享竞合的铁塔模式,彻底解决通信网络设施重复建设问题。具体体现:通信网络设施重复建设问题,通过共享竞合的铁塔模式,国家统筹社会资源,协同互利优势互补,跨界融通将社会塔开放共享为通信塔,从而彻底解决了重复建设问题。但是铁塔公司是在"4G时代"的中后期成立的,在"4G时代"并没有赶上建设高峰期,"共建共享"的价值没有得到充分体现。2019年5G时代拉开帷幕,在武汉经济技术开发区智能网联汽车示范区的5G建设中,"共建共享"的"时效性"和"经济性"得到了充分体现,并获得市区两级政府的认可。
