基于微印多层和混合集成的开关功分网络设计

摘要 文章论述了基于微印多层和微波混合集成工艺的开关功分网络设计。微印多层技术能兼顾微波电路性能和小型化设计,再结合微波混合集成工艺,能进一步扩展微波电路性能。文章以一开关功分网络设计为例,介绍其仿真设计方法,并给出实测结果。该网络在6层微波板基础上,集成DPDT开关、Wilkinson功分器,实现微波信号的流向控制,在大大缩小电路体积基础上,获得良好的微波性能。 The design of an MW intersecting network based on MW multi-layer printed and MW hybrid integrated technology is introduced.Firstly it gives a brief introduce for MW multi-layer printed technology and MW hybrid integrated technology.MW multi-layer printed technology combining with MW hybrid technology can improve performance.This paper gives a design method for intersecting network,including its result.This network is 6 layers,and including Wilkinson splitter,DPDT switch for controlling the path.
