应急通信系统升级改造及效果评价

长庆油田苏里格气田应急指挥依托移动通信指挥车及海事卫星两套独立系统,在天然气处理厂、集气站、单井等区域出现异常情况时,提供应急通信保障.针对通信车、海事卫星视频系统存在的问题进行升级改造,通信车采用4G通信方式连接至指挥中心,海事卫星更换设备升级天线辐射功率、应用卫星电话及提升IP数据流业务,保障应急现场与气田指挥中心的可靠通信联络,实现了音频、视频双向高效互联互通,提升了现场应急处置效率.

The emergency command of Sulige gas field in Changqing Oilfield relies on two independent systems,i.e.mobile communication command vehicle and maritime satellite,to provide emergency communication support in case of abnormal conditions in natural gas processing plant,gas gathering station,single well and other areas.In view of the problems existing in the communication vehicle and the maritime satellite video system,the upgrading and transformation are carried out.The communication vehicle is connected to the command center by 4 G communication mode.The maritime satellite equipment is replaced to upgrade the antenna radiation power,apply satellite telephone and improve the IP data flow business.The reliable communication between the emergency scene and the gas field command center is guaranteed,and the two-way and efficient interconnection and improvement of audio and video are realized The efficiency of on-site emergency response is improved.
