This paper aims to explore the research and development value of Hangzhou inscription resources on urban development from the perspective of"Internet plus",strengthen the construction and utilization of Hangzhou existing inscription resources,explore development advantages of stone inscription as a unique culture media in the new media era,absorb the development experience of Xi'an beilin museum and beneficial practice of modern communication technologies,thus explore the approaches of using Hangzhou inscriptions to accomplish the new prospects of urban development.
