厄贝沙坦联合前列地尔对肾衰竭患者的临床疗效及患者血流动力学的影响

Effect of irbesartan combined with alprosidl on the clinical efficacy and hemodynamics of patients with renal failure

目的分析厄贝沙坦+前列地尔应用于肾衰竭治疗中的临床疗效及患者血流动力学的影响。方法选取2017年3月至2019年3月本院收治的肾衰竭患者88例,以“电脑随机匹配”分组,每组44例。对照组采纳厄贝沙坦治疗,观察组采纳厄贝沙坦+前列地尔治疗,两组均治疗4周。对比两组临床疗效、肾功能指标、血流动力学指标。结果观察组临床总有效率为95.45%,明显高于对照组的68.18%,观察组治疗后BUN、Scr、RI指标显著低于对照组,观察组治疗后Ccr、Vs指标显著高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论厄贝沙坦+前列地尔可有效改善肾衰竭患者临床症状以及肾功能,增加肾动脉血流速度,效果显著,值得借鉴。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of irbesartan+prostol in the treatment of renal failure and the influence of hemodynamics.Methods 88 cases of renal failure patients admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were selected.The grouping method was mainly"computer random matching",with 44 cases in each group.The control group were treated with irbesartan and the observation group were treated with irbesartan+alprostol,and both groups were treated for 4 weeks.To compare the clinical efficacy,renal function indexes and hemodynamic indexes of the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate(95.45%)of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(68.18%),the BUN,Scr and RI indexes of the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than that of the control group,and the Ccr and Vs indexes of the observation group after treatment were significantly higher than those of the control group,all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Irbesartan+prostol can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and renal function of patients with renal failure,and increase the renal artery blood flow velocity.
