18导联与12导联心电图诊断急性心肌梗死的应用价值比较

Value comparison of 18-lead and 12-lead electrocardiogram in diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction

目的分析对比18导联与12导联心电图诊断急性心肌梗死的应用价值。方法选取2017年1月至2019年3月本院收治的急性心肌梗死患者82例,全部患者均接受12导联心电图以及18导联心电图检查,比较两种检查方式的诊断准确率、漏诊率与误诊率,以及两种检查方式的1次心电图检查时间与6次心电图检查时间。结果18导联心电图对急性心肌梗死的诊断准确率高于12导联心电图(P<0.05);18导联心电图的1次心电图检查时间与6次心电图检查时间均短于12导联心电图(P<0.05);18导联心电图检查的导管滑脱率低于12导联心电图检查(P<0.05)。结论18导联心电图检查法诊断急性心肌梗死准确性可靠,有效缩短检查时间,其临床应用价值高于12导联心电图,值得临床上推广应用。

Objective To analyze and compare the application value of 18 lead electrocardiogram and 12 lead electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction.Methods 82 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to March 2019 were selected.All patients underwent 12-lead ECG and 18-lead ECG examinations.The diagnostic accuracy,missed diagnosis rate and misdiagnosis rate of the two examinations were compared,and the time of one ECG examination and six ECG examinations of the two examinations were compared.Results The diagnostic accuracy of 18-lead ECG in acute myocardial infarction was higher than that of 12-lead ECG(P<0.05);the time of one and six ECG examinations of 18-lead ECG was shorter than that of 12-lead ECG(P<0.05);the catheter slippage rate of 18-lead ECG was lower than that of 12-lead ECG(P<0.05).Conclusion 18-lead ECG is reliable in diagnosing acute myocardial infarction and can effectively shorten the examination time.Its clinical application value is higher than 12-lead ECG.It is worth popularizing in clinic.
