With the overall application of 4K technology and broadcasting of Ultra High Definition Channel of China Media Group,demands for 4K post-editing increase rapidly.The networked Ultra High Definition Editing Island will inevitably become a development trend.4K post-editing will be integrated into the whole documentation editing and broadcasting system of China Media Group.Taking 3#Ultra High Definition Editing Island as an example,this paper comprehensively introduces advantages of the networked ultra-high-definition production island from system architecture,material management,post-editing and color matching process,and its characteristics and so on.
