国家的繁荣昌盛,科技的发展,社会的老龄化,寿命的延长等,多因素促使老年人生活居所的设计亟待提升。基此,立足老有所居、老有所乐的幸福感,从城市总体规划、建筑造型、空间尺度、装修装饰等各层面,由总体到细节的层进式地归纳了目前国内外一些研究成果,以及参考市场研发中较为认可的一些有利于老年人生活居所的优化举措,从老年人的心理、生理等多角度出发,探索营造积极的养老建筑环境的设计策略和更满足其情感及生活的设计方法。

Many causes,such as the advancement of technology,the ageing of the population,the prolonging of people’s life,decide that the design of the living environment of the elderly must be improved accordingly.Through overall planning,design of architectural form,space and decoration,the paper,from the overall aspect to detail,step by step concludes a few studies of the current analysis about Living quarters for the elderly.Also by using the proved strategies,already tested in the market and be popular in the aged.From the psychological,physiological and other aspects of the elderly,to explore the design strategy of building a positive environment for the aged and the design method to meet their emotions and life,making the design direction of the elderly home and the elderly care institution is more clear and reasonable.And then,improve the elderly the quality of life and feeling of happiness.
