摘要
空间索杆张拉结构体系以其简洁明确的力学概念在大跨度空间结构中得到了很好的应用,但索杆张拉结构施工成形分析需要解决一个松弛态索杆系统的平衡形态求解问题。基此,结合某会展中心鱼腹梁施工案例,对索杆张拉结构的施工成形和施工控制方案进行系统研究。采用MIDAS/Civil程序对一组已知构件原长的松弛索杆鱼腹梁体系进行其在自重作用下几何非稳定平衡形态的找形分析,并通过自平衡分析验证了找形的正确性。此外,进行正装施工全过程数值模拟,得到了施工过程各层鱼腹梁的变形及索杆的控制拉力,并给出了施工控制措施及步骤。
Space cable-strut tension structure system has been well applied in long-span space structures with its concise and clear mechanical concept.It is necessary to solve the problem of solving the equilibrium form of the cable strut system in the relaxation state for the construction forming analysis of cable strut tension structure.Taking the construction of fish web girder in a convention and Exhibition Center as an example,this paper systematically studies the construction forming analysis and construction control scheme of cable-strut tension structure.Firstly,the geometrically unstable equilibrium form of a group of relaxed cable-strut systems with known members'original length is analyzed by MIDAS/Civil program,and the correctness of shape finding is verified by self-balancing analysis.In addition,numerical simulation of the whole construction process is carried out to obtain the deformation of each fish web girder and the control pulling force of cable-struts.The construction control measures and steps are given.
