喷涂修复技术在排水管道非开挖修复中的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 随着城市建设的发展,早期建设的城市排水管道已不堪重负,非开挖修复以其修复效率高、对地面交通及行人影响小、无环境污染等优势逐渐成为排水管道修复与维护的重要手段。为非开挖喷涂修复工艺的推广及应用提供一定的工程经验,结合某工程实例,针对大口径玻璃钢夹砂管的渗漏情况,制定了采用非开挖人工喷涂修复的施工方案,并详细介绍了喷涂修复的工艺流程及其施工各步骤技术要点。 As the urban development becomes far more rapidly,the drainage pipelines built in the early age are not capable to fulfill existing demands.The trenchless technology becomes one of the most essential methods in repairing and maintaining the drainage pipelines,which are features by the high repair efficiency,minor impacts on the ground traffic and pedestrians,and non-environmental contamination.It also elevates the popularization and application based on the related engineering experience.Targeting at the leakage problem of the large diameter glass reinforced plastic(GRP)sand pipe,this research taking consideration of some construction case examines a construction plan of manually spray repair without excavation technology while demonstrating the process of this technology and the related key points of utilization.
