改革开放前后历史时期从本质上讲都是我们党领导人民进行社会主义建设的实践探索,不能用改革开放后的历史时期否定改革开放前的历史时期,也不能用改革开放前的历史时期否定改革开放后的历史时期。改革开放前的社会主义实践探索为中国特色社会主义的开创奠定了重要前提和基础。改革开放是社会主义制度的自我完善和发展,改革开放以来我们党全部理论和实践的主题就是坚持和发展中国特色社会主义。不仅要从理论视角、历史视角,更要从政治视角正确认识改革开放前后历史时期的关系。新时代坚持和发展中国特色社会主义需要我们对两个历史时期社会主义建设探索的实践经验和理论成果进行认真总结、继承和发展。

The historical period before and after the reform and opening up is essentially a practical exploration of socialist construction led by our party.We cannot use the historical period after the reform and opening up to deny the historical period before the reform and opening up,nor can we use the historical period before the reform and opening up to negate the historical period after the reform and opening up.The exploration of socialist practice before the reform and opening up laid an important prerequisite and foundation for the creation of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Reform and opening up is the self-improvement and development of the socialist system.Since the reform and opening up,the theme of all the party's theory and practice is to adhere to and develop socialism with Chinese characteristics.Not only from a theoretical perspective,historical perspective,but also from a political perspective,we must correctly understand the relationship between historical periods before and after reform and opening up.The insistence and development of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era requires us to conscientiously summarize,inherit and develop the practical experience and theoretical results of the exploration of socialist construction in the two historical periods.
