穴位敏化与肥大细胞的相关性研究

Research on Correlation between Acupoint Sensitization and Mast Cells

本研究回顾了国内外关于穴位敏化及其与肥大细胞(MCs)相关的研究报道,发现肥大细胞参与了穴位敏化的发生,与穴位敏化的功能、机制等密切相关,并有沿腧穴分布的特性,其可能是穴位敏化的关键物质和客观指标之一,望为今后进一步探析穴位敏化的机制、物质结构基础及腧穴本态等提供一定的借鉴。

This study reviewed the research reports on acupoint sensitization and its related mastocytes.It is found that mastocytes participate in the occurrence of acupoint sensitization,and are closely related to the function and mechanism of acupoint sensitization,and have the distribution characteristics of being along acupoints,which may be one of the key substances and objective indicators of acupoint sensitization.This study provided a certain reference for further exploration of the mechanism and material basis of acupoint sensitization,as well as for the primordial state of acupoints.
