陆斌主任运用“益气固元针法”治疗前列腺癌根治术后尿失禁经验浅析

Analysis of Director LU Bin's Experience in Treating Urinary Incontinence after Radical Prostatectomy of Prostate Cancer with Yiqi Guyuan Acupuncture

从理论依据、取穴原则、治疗特色3方面探讨总结陆斌主任治疗前列腺癌根治术后尿失禁的临床经验。陆斌主任认为本病的发病机制为肾气虚而摄纳无权,膀胱气化失司而致肾虚不固,膀胱失约,病性主要是气的不足与失调,提出了补益元气、培肾固本的总治则。临床实践证明陆斌主任运用益气固元针法能够有效加速前列腺癌根治术后尿失禁患者尿控功能的恢复,望为临床工作者的治疗提供思路和方法。

This study summarized the clinical experience of director LU Bin in treating urinary incontinence after radical prostatectomy of prostate cancer,in terms of theoretical basis,principle of acupoints selection and treatment characteristics.Director LU Bin considers that the basic pathogenesis of the disease is disharmony of Kidney and Bladder,resulting in failing to control urine.Therefore,the general treatment principle of tonifying original-qi and strengthening Kidney is put forward.It has been proved by clinical practice that the therapy can effectively accelerate the recovery of urinary control function in patients,which is worthy of further study,hoping to provide ideas and methods for the peers.
