调神法在腹泻型肠易激综合征治疗中的应用研究

Application of Tiaoshen Acupuncture in the Treatment of Diarrhea-Predominant IBS

目的:观察调神法治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的疗效。方法:将42例腹泻型肠易激综合征患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,各21例。均予以常规基础治疗,对照组采用传统针刺治疗,治疗组采用调神法结合传统针刺治疗,两组均以6天为一疗程,休息1天后进行下一疗程的治疗,连续治疗4个疗程。根据治疗前后临床症状评分、肠易激综合征生活质量量表(IBS-QOL)和汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分变化,观察并分析临床疗效。结果:两组患者治疗后的临床症状评分及HAMA评分均下降,且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);IBS-QOL评分均较治疗前提高,且两组疗后评分比较治疗组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:调神法对腹泻型肠易激综合征的不适症状疗效肯定,可以有效改善肠易激症状和焦虑状态,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To observe the effect of Tiaoshen method in the treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome(IBS).Methods:42 patients with diarrhea-predominant IBS were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=21)and the control group(n=21).Both groups were given routine basic treatment.The control group was also treated with traditional acupuncture;on which basis,the treatment group was also treated with Tiaoshen acupuncture.After four courses of treatment,the clinical efficacy was observed and analyzed according to the clinical symptom scores before and after the treatment,the scores of Irritable Bowel Syndrome Quality of Life Scale(IBS-QOL)and the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)were compared between the two groups.Results:The clinical symptom scores and HAMA scores were significantly decreased after the treatment in the two groups;the decreases were more significant in the treatment group(P<0.05).The IBS-QOL scores were increased after the treatment in the two groups;the increase in the treatment group was more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tiaoshen acupuncture is effective for diarrhea-predominant IBS,it can effectively alleviate the symptoms of IBS and the anxiety state,which is worthy of clinical application.
