庄礼兴教授调神针法治疗神经性厌食临床经验

Clinical Experience of Professor ZHUANG Lixing in the Treatment of Anorexia Nervosa with Acupuncture Manipulation of Regulating Shen

神经性厌食在我国有低龄化趋势,为临床难治性疾病。庄礼兴教授认为神经性厌食初起于情志不遂,后期以脑窍失濡、脑神失养为基本病机,治疗当从“神”论治。庄教授运用“调神针法”治疗该病,上取头针以通督益脑调神,下滋肾水以益髓健脑安神,辅以疏肝养心健脾,使病者整体气血阴阳趋于平和,情志得舒,食量改善,体重增加,疗效明显。其临床经验对于神经性厌食症的针刺治疗具有较好的临床意义。

Anorexia nervosa(AN)is a clinically intractable disease with young-age trend in China.Professor ZHUANG Lixing believes that AN begins with affect-mind dissatisfaction in patients,and the malnutrition of brain and Shen is the basic pathogenesis in the later stages.Thereby,the treatment should be paid attention to Shen.When treating AN with acupuncture manipulation of regulating Shen,Professor ZHUANG selects points on head to unblock Du channel,nourish brain and regulate Shen.Meanwhile he uses points from Kidney meridian on foot to nourish marrow and calm mind,complemented by soothing Liver,nourishing Heart and invigorating Spleen,the manipulation makes qi and blood,as well as yin and yang harmonized,therefore the food intake increases and the weight is put on.The clinical experience of Professor ZHUANG is significance of clinical treatment for AN with acupuncture therapy.
