特色针法治疗慢性荨麻疹临床研究进展

Advances in Clinical Researches on the Treatment of Chronic Urticaria with Characteristic Acupuncture

慢性荨麻疹是临床多发的一种过敏性皮肤病,其发作频率之高、瘙痒程度之剧,给患者带来巨大痛苦。目前西医主要是对症治疗,虽能缓解一时痛苦,但难以根除,在很大程度上影响了患者的工作和生活。通过对近年来针刺治疗慢性荨麻疹相关文献的查阅,发现特色针法(蜂针、腹针、脐针、头针、火针、自血、埋线、粗针等)治疗慢性荨麻疹可有效改善症状,减少复发,其虽有别于传统针刺,但又基于中医基础理论,并结合各自针法特点或多种疗法融为一体,达到平衡阴阳、治疗疾病的目的,本研究从中医对慢性荨麻疹的认识及特色针法的临床应用进行阐述,为临床治疗提供更广泛的思路,使更多慢性荨麻疹患者受益。

Chronic urticaria is a kind of allergic skin disease that occurs frequently in clinic.At present,symptomatic treatment dominates in western medicine for the disease.Although it can alleviate temporary pain,it is difficult to eradicate the disease,which affects patients'work and life to a large extent.Through reviewing the related literature in recent years,some characteristic acupuncture therapy,such as bee venom acupuncture,abdominal acupuncture,umbilical needle,scalp acupuncture,fire acupuncture,autohemotherapy,acupoint catgut embedding and big needle acupuncture,can effectively improve symptoms and reduce the recurrence in the treatment of chronic urticaria,which is different from the traditional acupuncture,but it’s still based on the basic theory of TCM,when combining the characteristics of each acupuncture with a variety of treatments,it can achieve the effect of balancing Yin and Yang,thus to treat the disease.This study provides a wider range of thinking for the clinical treatment of chronic urticaria to benefit more patients,by elaborating the understanding of chronic urticaria in TCM and the clinical application of characteristic acupuncture.
