《针灸甲乙经》痹证治疗浅析

A Brief Analysis of Treatment for Bi Syndrome in A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion

《针灸甲乙经》是我国现存最早的针灸学专著,总结了晋代以前的针灸理论及临床经验。其中《针灸甲乙经·阴受病发痹》详细论述了痹证的病因、病机、治则、治法,有着重要的临床参考价值。本研究通过局部、远道、辨证、多部位发病等方面探讨《阴受病发痹》中痹证的取穴规律,并从针刺深浅、针刺方法、留针时长、针具选择、药熨方法、时间相关等方面浅析痹证的治疗特点,为临床提供参考。

As the oldest existing monograph on acupuncture and moxibustion in China,A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion summarizes the theory and clinical experience of acupuncture and moxibustion before Jin Dynasty.Yin Damage Causing Bi Syndrome of A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,introduces the etiology,pathogenesis,treatment principles and methods of Bi syndrome in detailed,which has an important clinical reference value.In this study,the rules of acupoints selection of Bi syndrome in Yin Damage Causing Bi Syndrome are discussed including locality,distance,syndrome differentiation and multi-lesions,and the treatment characteristics of Bi syndrome are analyzed from the aspects of depth of needle insertion,acupuncture manipulations,needle retaining time,needle selection,medicinal ironing method and time dependent acupuncture,in order to provide a reference for clinical practice.
