基于神经多卡理论探讨针刀治疗脊柱及相关性疾病

Exploration of Acupotomy in Treating Spine and Related Diseases Based on Nerve Multiple-Crush Theory

神经功能障碍是脊柱及相关性疾病重要的发病通路之一,而慢性软组织病变引起的慢性神经卡压是其病理之一。笔者根据现代医学理论及临床经验总结提出神经多卡性。通过解决神经多卡性来治疗临床常见与多发的脊柱及相关性疾病,这与针刀通过自内向外、自上向下的整体性治疗脊柱及相关性疾病的特点相吻合。故神经多卡性可作为中西医理论交融互通的共通点,探讨其对指导针刀治疗脊柱及相关性疾病的机制及优势,以期提高疗效,更好的服务于临床。

Neurological dysfunction is one of the important pathological pathways of the spine and related diseases,and chronic nerve compression caused by chronic soft tissue lesions is one of its pathologies.The author summarized the nerve multiple-crush theory based on modern medical theory and clinical experience.The treatment of clinically commonly spine and related diseases by solving the nerve multiple-crush is consistent with the characteristics of the acupotomy through the holistic treatment of the spine and related diseases from the inside to the outside.Therefore,the nerve multiple-crush theory can be used as a common point of the integration of Chinese and western medicine,the mechanism and advantages should be explored to guide the treatment of the spine and related diseases with the acupotomy,in order to improve the curative effect and better serve the clinic.
