摘要
为了测试温控板的流动阻力及换热性能,设计了温控板测试系统,并使用水箱替代动力电池与温控板进行换热以验证其设计指标。通过该系统设定温控板进口工作液的流量和温度参数,并测得对应的实际值,实验结果表明温控板进口的流量值和温度值与其设定值最大误差分别为2.8%和2.0%,完全满足系统设计指标要求。
Temperature control plate is a key component for control of electric-vehicle power battery.The paper introduces the test system for testing the flow resistance and heat transfer performance of the temperature control plate.It uses the water tank to exchange the heat and designs the temperature control plate to verify design indicators.The test shows that the maximum errors of flow rate and temperature at the inlet of the temperature control plate is 2.8%and 2.0%,fully meets the requirements of the system design indicators.
