On the Function of Procuratorial Power in the Rural Revitalization Strategy Implementation

党的十九大报告明确提出要实施乡村振兴战略,强调“三农”问题是关系国计民生的根本性问题。检察权在实施乡村振兴战略中,要进一步凸显重要作用,强化涉农检察工作,主动服务和融入乡村振兴建设进程,为实现美丽乡村建设目标提供强有力的司法保障。检察权的职能作用体现在为推动农业全面升级、农村全面进步、农民全面发展提供高质量的司法服务。检察机关运用打击、保护、监督、预防等检察职能服务乡村建设,立足实际聚焦“三农”,用法治思维和方式主动服务和融入乡村振兴建设进程。

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly states that it is necessary to implement the rural revitalization strategies with its stress on the issues relating to agriculture,rural areas and farmers,which is regarded as the fundamental problem to national welfare and the people's livelihood.In the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,the procuratorial power is crucial to play its role on strengthening the procuratorial work related to agriculture,actively serving and integrating into the process of rural revitalization construction,and providing a strong judicial guarantee for the realization of the goal of beautiful rural construction.The function of procuratorial power can be presented by providing high-quality judicial services to the promotion of the overall agriculture upgrading,the overall progress of the rural areas,and the overall development of the farmers.The procuratorial organs can serve rural construction through the procuratorial functions of a strike,protection,and supervision.With the focus of the issues related to agriculture,rural areas and farmers to the practical situation,it is also necessary to actively serve and integrate into rural revitalization by adopting legal thinking and methods.
