摘要
为调查“优良学风班”大学生人格特征与心理健康之间的关系,采用卡特尔16种人格因素测验(16PF)对某高校“优良学风班”1360名大学生和对照组1343名大学生的人格特征进行测量、统计、分析。结果显示“优良学风班”大学生部分人格因素优于对照组(P<0.05);“优良学风班”心理健康组除B(聪慧性)、M(幻想性)因素外,其余14个人格因素与症状阳性组差异显著(P<0.05);“优良学风班”大学生16PF人格因素能很好地解释SCL-90因子的15.9%-40.0%变异量,SCL-90各因子与Q4(紧张性)、O(忧虑性)、L(怀疑性)等因素呈显著正相关(P<0.05),与C(稳定性)、Q3(自律性)、G(有恒性)等因素呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。因此,“优良学风班”大学生人格特征与心理健康有一定的关系,人格特征对大学生的心理健康可能有一定的预测作用。
To investigate the relationship between personality characteristics and mental health of college students in the classes with excellent learning style.This paper has investigates and analyzes the personality characteristics of 1360 college students in the classes with excellent learning style and 1343 students in the control group by taking Cattell 16 Personality Factor Test(16PF).The results show that some personality factors of college students in the classes with excellent learning style excel in those of students in the control group(P<0.05).Except for the mental health factors of B(intelligence)and M(fantasy)in the classes with excellent learning style,the other 14 personality factors and symptoms are significantly different from the team of positive symptoms(P<0.05).The 16PF personality factor of college students in the classes with excellent learning style can well explain 15.9%to 40.0%of variances of the SCL-90 factor.The factors of SCL-90 are positively correlated with Q4(tension),O(anxiety),L(suspicion)and other factors,while they are negatively correlated with C(stability),Q3(self-discipline),G(constancy)and other factors(P<0.05).Therefore,there are certain relations between personality characteristics and mental health of college students in the classes with excellent learning style,and personality characteristics may play a role to predict the mental health of college students.
