对口单招背景下本科人才培养模式的探索与实践——以黄山学院烹饪与营养教育专业为例

Exploration and Practice of Undergraduate Talents Cultivating Mode in the Context of Separately Recruiting——Taking the Major of Cooking and Nutrition Education at Huangshan University as an Example

通过分析安徽省招生大环境、烹饪与营养教育本科专业对口招生的形式、学生在校期间的学习状况、对口单招学生的特点,提出合理设置培养方案,建立区别于普通高考招生的人才培养模式。主要的途径和方法包括明确培养目标,构建课程体系;依据培养方案,合理设置课程;改革教学模式,优化教学内容;以实践为导向,校企融合发展;以学科竞赛为平台,培养学生创新能力。

The separately recruiting has opened up the channels for secondary vocational students to get further study in higher education institutions.This paper analyzes the forms of enrollment in Anhui Province's enrollment environment,cooking and nutrition education undergraduate majors,the learning situation of students during their school days,and the characteristics of students who are separately recruiting students.It puts forward a reasonable training plan and establishes talent cultivating mode that different from ordinary college entrance examinations.The main approaches and methods include clarifying the training objectives,constructing the curriculum system,rationally setting the curriculum according to the training plan,reforming the teaching model,optimizing the teaching content;integrating practice-oriented school-enterprise development,and using the discipline competition as a platform to cultivate students'innovation ability.
