开展农村环境质量监测,掌握农村环境质量现状及变化情况,是农村环境保护和管理决策的重要基础,结合青岛市农村环境质量例行监测工作的开展情况,分析了农村环境面临的形势及农村环境监测过程中存在的突出问题,从理顺体制机制、加强基层监测能力、提高综合评价水平和有效利用社会资源四方面提出了解决农村环境监测工作的对策建议。

Developing rural environmental quality monitoring to grasp the current situation and changes of rural environmental quality is an important foundation for rural environmental protection and management decisions.Based on the routine monitoring of rural environment quality in Qingdao,the situation of rural environment and the problems existing in the process of rural environment monitoring were analyzed.The countermeasures and suggestions for rural environmental monitoring are put forward from the four aspects of rationalizing system and mechanism,strengthening grass-roots monitoring ability,enhancing comprehensive evaluation level and utilizing social resources effectively.
