摘要
从系统设计的角度,针对武钢运输管理系统的总体设计思路、系统架构、系统间功能分担、接口电文、系统流程、功能模块等方面进行了论述。运输管理系统主要包括原料码头、铁路运输、汽车运输、运输商务、运输成本等功能模块,与制造、采购、营销等系统信息交互共享,并通过基础自动化配套系统实现现场作业单元计划执行闭环跟踪管控。系统上线投用为武钢整合重构统一高效的厂内物流管控体系奠定了信息化基础,在计划全周期一贯制管控、系统间集成共享信息交互、生产管理与作业效率提升等方面取得了显著成效。
From the perspective of system design,this paper discuss the general design thinking,system architecture,inter-system function allocation,interface message,system process,functional modules of WISCO transportation management system.The transportation management system mainly includes functional modules such as raw material wharf,railway transportation,automobile transportation,transportation business,and transportation cost.It interacts with and shares information with manufacturing,purchasing,and marketing systems to achieve closed-loop tracking and controlling for the plan and the execution of the field operation unit through the automation supporting system.The system has laid information foundation for WISCO to integrate and reconstruct a unified and efficient logistics management and control system since go-live.It has achieved remarkable results in aspects of full-cycle controlling of control and management from planning to execution,integrated and shared information interaction between systems,and manufacturing management and operation efficiency improvement.
