摘要
20世纪80年代起,宝钢陆续在板坯处理工艺中配置了4套自动火焰清理机。在生产实践中,火焰清理机存在诸多问题,设备故障频繁,工艺缺陷较多。通过分析问题产生的原因,制定了相应的改进方案,实施了一系列措施:改进设备结构、优化能介参数、引入智能监测、完善维护手段等,从而降低了设备故障率,并且消除了大部分的工艺缺陷。
Since the 1980s,Baosteel has installed four sets of automatic flame scarfing devices in slab processing.In production practice,there are many problems with scarfing machine,such as frequent equipment failures and many process defects.By analyzing the causes of the problems,the improvement plans were made and a series of measures were implemented,such as improving the equipment structure,optimizing the energy medium parameters,introducing intelligent monitoring,perfecting maintenance methods,thereby,equipment failures were reduced and most of the process defects were eliminated.
