滚筒法不锈钢钢渣处理技术的研究和应用 被引量:4

摘要 不锈钢钢渣的环保化处理是钢铁行业面临的难题之一,不锈钢钢渣中高含量游离CaO与MgO导致浸泡处理时粉化严重,环境污染大;不锈钢钢渣中不稳定的六价铬易溶于水造成水体污染。通过对滚筒法处理不锈钢钢渣的工艺抑制不锈钢钢渣粉化和抑制Cr3+的氧化析出进行研究和机理分析,并结合工程实例应用,论证了采用滚筒法处理不锈钢钢渣的可行性,为不锈钢钢渣环保化处理和资源利用奠定了基础。 The environmental protection treatment of stainless steel slag is one of the difficult problems faced by the iron and steel industry.The high content of free CaO and MgO in stainless steel slag leads to serious powdering and environmental pollution when soaking treatment,and the unstable hexavalent chromium in stainless steel slag is easy to dissolve in water to cause water pollution.The process of treating stainless steel slag by using BSSF method was studied and the mechanism of inhibiting oxidation and precipitation of Cr3+was analyzed.Combined with the application of engineering examples,the feasibility of treating stainless steel slag by BSSF method is demonstrated,which lays a foundation for the environmental protection treatment and resource utilization of stainless steel slag.
