摘要
目的探究硫辛酸并还原性谷胱甘肽治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月我院收治的DPN患者106例,根据随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,每组各53例。实验组采用硫酸锌联合还原性谷胱甘肽治疗,对照组静脉滴注还原性谷胱甘肽,治疗4周。比较两组患者临床疗效、正中神经和腓总神经感觉神经传导速度(SCV)和运动神经传导速度(MCV)、氧化应激指标。结果实验组有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,实验组正中神经和腓总神经SCV和MCV均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者氧化应激指标丙二醛(MDA)显著低于对照组,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、血清总抗氧能力(TAOC)显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组均未出现严重不良反应。结论硫辛酸并还原性谷胱甘肽治疗DPN可显著提高神经传导速度,改善临床疗效。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of lipoic acid and reduced glutathione in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods A total of 106 patients with DPN admitted to our hospital from January,2018 to January,2019 were enrolled for the study.The patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 53 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with zinc sulfate combined with reduced glutathione,and the control group was intravenously infused with reduced glutathione for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,median nerve and common peroneal sensory nerve conduction velocity(SCV),motor nerve conduction velocity(MCV),and oxidative stress were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the SCV and MCV of the median nerve and common peroneal nerve in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The oxidative stress index malondialdehyde(MDA)in the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group,while superoxide dismutase(SOD)and serum total antioxidant capacity(TAOC)were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in either group.Conclusion Lipoic acid and reduced glutathione in the treatment of DPN can significantly increase the nerve conduction velocity and improve the clinical efficacy.
