摘要
针对圣达煤矿22081泄水巷突水点长期大量排水造成周围地下水位下降、增加矿井排水费用、且被压覆的煤炭资源无法进行安全回采的现状,在对矿井水文地质条件、断层及其破碎带发育特征、准确位置、产状及导富水性,突水因素、突水水源、水量及其变化规律、封堵可行性及效果分析研究的基础上,运用钻探注浆技术的理论与方法,通过合理进行钻孔布局、钻孔结构设计、钻孔施工顺序、施工工艺及选择注浆材料、调节浆液黏稠度、浆液压力及引流注浆、间歇注浆及添加骨料等注浆技术,成功实现了良好的注浆堵水效果(堵水率达100%),且使钻探工程量大幅度减少,节约了大量的注浆材料,取得了良好的经济与社会效益。
For the long-term large-scale drainage of the water outburst point of 22081 water discharge tunnel in Shengda Coal Mine,the surrounding groundwater level is reduced,the mine drainage cost is increased,and the crushed coal resources cannot be safely harvested.In the case of mine hydrogeological conditions,faults based on the development characteristics,accurate location,occurrence and water conductivity of the fracture zone,water inrush factors,water inrush,water quantity and its variation,feasibility and effect analysis of the sealing,the theory of drilling and grouting technology is applied.Through reasonable drilling layout,drilling structure design,drilling construction sequence,construction technology and selection of grouting materials,adjustment of slurry viscosity,slurry pressure and drainage grouting,intermittent grouting and adding aggregate grouting technology,etc,good effect of water plugging by grouting is achieved(water plugging rate reaches 100%),the amount of drilling engineering was also greatly reduced,which has saved a lot of grouting materials,and achieved good economic and social benefits.
