煤矿井下低压供电系统远方人工漏试关键技术研究 被引量:9

摘要 针对陈四楼煤矿井下低压馈电设备远方人工漏试的跳闸试验时存在的技术难题和安全风险,结合井下低压供电运行方式的基本特点及现状,分别对内接入试验电阻、引入外接控制按钮、利用时间继电器的3种漏电试验技术的工作原理进行了理论分析及研究,并对每一种漏电跳闸试验技术的优点及存在的不足进行了可靠性研究及现场试验,形成了科学的馈电设备远方人工漏试跳闸的可行性技术方案,并指出了馈电设备的远方人工漏试的跳闸试验技术在现代化矿井生产安全供电的重要性。 According to technical problems and safety risks in trip test of the remote manual leakage test of underground low voltage feeding equipment in Chensilou Coal Mine,combined with basic characteristics and current situation of operation mode of underground low voltage power supply,theoretical analysis and research were made on working principles of three leakage test technologies,the internal connection of test resistor,the introduction of external control button and use of time relay.The advantages and disadvantages of each leakage trip test technology were studied in reliability and field test,forming a feasible technical scheme for remote manual leakage test trip of feed equipment,and pointing out importance of remote manual leakage test trip test technology of feed equipment in modern mine production safety power supply.
