城市生态环境综合评价及其与经济结构耦合关系研究——以南昌市为例

Comprehensive Evaluation of Urban Ecological Environment and Its Coupling Relationship with Economic Structure——A Case Study of Nanchang City

城市生态环境与经济结构是城市发展的重要组成部分,分析二者之间的耦合协调状态对城市发展起到巨大的促进作用。将城市生态环境指标体系(社会、医疗教育、垃圾处理、市政、能源和环境)与经济结构结合,通过耦合协调模型对南昌市2007-2016年的协调关系进行了分析和评价,结果表明:南昌市生态环境与经济结构由低度耦合向高度耦合转变,由不协调期过度到磨合期,由经济结构滞后型发展到生态环境滞后型;南昌市生态环境各指标与经济结构的耦合协调性差异较大,同时其综合测度值增长百分比按照反比例函数呈周期性变化。最后,讨论了南昌市生态环境与经济结构耦合协调性的影响因素,并提出了如何确保城市生态环境与经济结构协同发展的优化模式。

The urban ecological environment and economic structure are the important parts of urban development.To analyse the two's coupling coordination state will promote urban development.This paper combines the index system of urban ecological environment(social,medical education,garbage disposal,municipal,energy and environment)with economic structure and makes an analysis and evaluation on the coordination relations of Nanchang city from 2007 to 2016 through the coupling coordination model.The research shows that:the coupling of ecological environment and economic structure in Nanchang shifted from low to high,from not harmonious to the run-in period,from the economic structure lagging behind to the ecological environment lagging behind;the coupling and coordination of the eco-environment indexes and the economic structure is quite different.At the same time,the percentage increase of its comprehensive measure value is cyclical according to the inverse proportion function.Finally,the influencing factors of the coupling and coordination between ecological environment and economic structure in Nanchang city are discussed and the optimization model is put forward to ensure the two's coordinated development.
