摘要
实施本科生导师制是高校教育体制改革中的一个新趋势,也是让人才培养回归本位的一项新尝试。但在全员育人的新要求下,此举显现出诸多不足之处,尤其是对学生实践动手和科技创新能力培养要求较高的理工科高校,在实施过程中存在运行模式不够健全、评价体系缺乏科学性等问题。根据理工科大学本科生人才培养的特点,构建新型理工科本科生导师制的构架格局与运行模式,提出本科生导师工作评价体系的构建方法,以人才培养为核心、机制管理为保障、多元评价为手段,完善本科生导师制的内在要求,促进理工科院校本科生导师制工作健康有序地开展。
Implementing the tutor system for undergraduates is a new trend in the reform of university education system,which is also a new attempt for personnel developing to return to its proper place.However,there are still many deficiencies under the new requirements of educating all persons,especially in the science and engineering universities that have higher requirements for students'hands-on practice and scientific and technological innovation ability.In the process of implementing,there are problems such as insufficient operational model and lack of scientific evaluation system.According to the characteristics of undergraduate talent cultivation in science and engineering universities,this paper constructs a new framing pattern and operational model of undergraduate tutor system for science and engineering students,and proposes the method of undergraduate tutor work evaluation system.The paper advocates taking personnel training as the core,mechanism management as the guarantee,and multiple evaluation as the means to improve the internal requirements of the undergraduate tutor system,which will promote the healthy and orderly development of the undergraduate tutor system for science and technology universities.
