Development of Automatic Pressure Verification Device for Optional Points

为提高机车车辆专用压力表检定效率,降低检定员劳动强度,研制可选点自动加压检定装置。挑选适合的元器件,组装可选点自动加压检定装置样机,分析各元器件在工作时发挥的作用。分别从自定义选点、自动调压、手动调压3个方面,举例阐述可选点自动加压检定装置的功能与应用。

In order to improve the verification efficiency of special pressure gauge for rolling stock and reduce the la bor intensity of inspectors,an automatic pressure verification device with optional points is developed.Select the suit able components,assemble the sample machine of the optional automatic pressure verification device,and analyze the function of each component in the work.This paper expounds the function and application of the automatic pressure verification device of the optional point from three aspects of self-defining point selection,automatic pressure adjust ment and manual pressure adjustment.
