摘要
轨道不平顺是影响铁路车辆轮轨动态作用力和车辆平稳性的主要因素之一。车辆受轨道不平顺激扰时的性能,需在线路上开展测试。但组织线路试验受到较多限制,且线路激扰的随机性较难重复。基于铁路货车疲劳与振动试验台,提出一种模拟轨道不平顺激励下车辆振动台架试验方法,可获取单个车辆受轨道不平顺线路激扰时的车辆性能。介绍试验台组成、参数测试和激励信号的创建方法。将台架试验应用于某型转向架研制中,获取了该转向架与C70车体配装时的车辆性能。在运输技术中心(TTCI)进行线路试验,验证了台架试验方法的合理性、实用性、有效性。
Track irregularity is one of the main factors that affect the dynamic force and stability of railway vehicles.The performance of the vehicle subjected to track irregularity shall be tested on the line.However,the organizational circuit test is limited,and the randomness of the circuit excitation is difficult to repeat.Based on the fatigue and vibra tion test bed of railway freight cars,a test rig method for simulating vehicle vibration under the excitation of track ir regularity is proposed.This paper introduces the composition of the test bed,the method of parameter test and the cre ation of excitation signal.The test was applied to the development of a bogie and the vehicle performance of the bogie and the C70 body was obtained.The rationality,practicability and validity of the test method were verified by the line test in the transportation technology center(TTCI).
