Development and Function of Third Party Quality Supervision of Rail Welding in Rail Base

系统回顾我国钢轨焊接第三方质量监督的历史沿革,详细阐述钢轨焊接质量监督的主要工作内容、工作模式和近年的工作成效,以及焊接质量监督在保障铁路运输安全、优化生产环境等方面的重要意义。结合时代发展的新要求,从质量提升、工艺装备升级和大数据统计分析的角度,指出钢轨焊接第三方质量监督在钢轨焊接高质量发展中的积极作用,对于持续优化完善钢轨焊接质量具有重要指导意义。

This paper reviews the history of the third-party quality supervision of rail welding in China,expounds the main work content,work mode and recent work results of rail welding quality supervision,and the important signifi cance in ensuring railway transportation safety and optimizing production environment.Combined with the new re quirements in the new era,from the perspective of quality improvement,process equipment upgrading and big data statistical analysis,it is pointed out that the third-party quality supervision of rail welding plays an active role in high-quality rail welding,which has an important guiding significance for the continuous optimization and improve ment of rail welding quality.
