摘要
为了清晰地反映挖掘铲在使用过程中受到应力其内部结构的变化,采用ANSYS的有限元法,对挖掘铲进行了详细的有限元分析。结果表明,在选用Q235A材料的情况下能够达到甘薯收获机工作所需强度,结构设计可行且合理。采用平面铲,挖掘能力强且减少挖掘阻力;采用偏心振动装置,分离能力强且破皮率低。在甘薯收获方面,不仅能大大提高收获效率,还可以使收获的甘薯干净完整。
In order to clearly reflect the change of the internal structure of the digging shovel under stress in the process of use,the finite element analysis of the digging shovel was carried out in detail by using the ANSYS finite element method.The results showed that the strength of the harvester could be achieved when Q235 A material was selected,and the structure design was feasible and reasonable.With plane shovel,the excavation capacity was strong and the excavation resistance was reduced;With eccentric vibration device,the separation capacity was strong and the skin breaking rate was low.In the aspect of sweet potato harvest,it could not only greatly improved the harvest efficiency,but also made the harvested sweet potato clean and complete.
